Could you tell me if the Omron TM robot is not included in the connectivity?

The Omron Robot plugin was developed using ACE software and version 4.7 of ACE API. As a result, ACE version 3 is not supported. Currently, you cannot use the plugin with Omron TM robots.

Cadenas is saved in C:\Users<User name>\OneDrive - Visual Components\Documents\Visual Components\4.10\My Cadenas Models

You can recommended me to change file location ? .

In VisualComponents.Engine.exe.config, modify this line, and then delete the eCat database
C:\Users<User name>\AppData\Local\Visual Components\Visual Components Premium 4.9\eCatalog\Database to update the config

Yes . I edit >> VisualComponents.Engine.exe.config >> .-add key=“MyDocumentsProductFolder” value=“C:\Users [User]\Documents%COMPANY%%VERSION_2%” /-. restart program .Now I can download cad from 3dfindit .

How can i add them?

I have the exact same issue as you. Did you find a solution to this problem yet?

For context, I am running Visual Components Professional 4.10. I also still have an older version (Professional 4.8) installed on my device, which does not support the CADENAS 3DFindit add-on yet.

I heard the issue is on CADENAS side, they made some change on the server and VC would need an update to adapt.
